PenTwin is an assisted writing studio. You supply inspiration sources, your own instructions and — optionally — a writing voice profile (your "twin"). PenTwin produces drafts: article text, captions, summaries and related assets.
Everything PenTwin returns is a draft for a human being to read, verify, edit and approve. PenTwin is not an author, an editor of record, a fact-checker or a legal, medical, financial or compliance adviser.
You must give accurate details when you create an account, keep your password confidential and not share your login with anyone else.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.
One account is for one person. Accounts, drafts and voice profiles are not transferable.
Your articles, uploaded sources, voice profile and generated outputs are stored against your account and are protected by row-level database rules so that other members cannot read them.
Platform administrators can see account records (name, email, mobile number, company, role, location, sign-up date and whether a voice profile exists) for support, billing, abuse handling and legal compliance. Administrators do not use your article content or voice profile for their own writing, and it is never shown to other members.
Your content is not used to train any public or shared model.
Model providers process your prompts to return a result. Do not paste material you are not permitted to send to a third-party processor: client confidential information, personal data of others, trade secrets, embargoed results or anything under NDA.
You confirm that you have the right to upload every source you provide (articles, documents, images, transcripts, notes and voice notes) and to use it for this purpose.
Do not upload paywalled, pirated, leaked or unlawfully obtained material. Do not upload another person's likeness, private data or voice without their permission.
An inspiration source is a starting point for thinking, never a template to copy. PenTwin is built to reason from a source, not to reproduce it.
Attribute honestly. Where an idea, statistic, framework or phrase comes from someone else, name the source in the published piece. Borrowed insight without credit is plagiarism, whether a human or a machine assembled the sentence.
Never publish a draft unread. Read every line, in full, before it carries your name.
Verify every fact, figure, date, quotation, citation and named person before publishing. Generative systems can state something false with complete confidence.
Do not present invented experience as lived experience. Do not attribute quotes to real people who did not say them, and do not fabricate client results, case studies, credentials or endorsements.
Do not impersonate. Only upload a voice profile that represents you or a person or brand that has explicitly authorised you to write as them.
Disclose AI assistance wherever the publishing venue, employer, client, regulator or platform requires it — and whenever a reader would reasonably want to know.
Write to inform, not to inflame. Do not use PenTwin to produce harassment, hate speech, defamation, targeted political manipulation, election disinformation, medical or financial misinformation, sexual content involving minors, malware, or content designed to deceive people about who is speaking.
Do not mass-produce low-value content to game a search engine, a feed or a professional network.
Respect the originality signal. The originality assessment is a statistical aid, not a legal clearance. A good score does not make copied material original, and a flagged passage deserves a rewrite rather than a workaround.
You remain the author. You take editorial and legal responsibility for anything you publish from PenTwin.
Do not attempt to reach another member's data, bypass authentication, probe or overload the service, reverse-engineer it, resell access, or use automated scripts to extract bulk output.
Do not use PenTwin for any activity that is unlawful where you live or where your content will be read.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with or without notice where the risk is serious.
You keep the rights you already hold in the sources you upload and in the final text you edit and publish, subject to the rights of any third party whose material you used.
PenTwin — the product, its prompts, pipeline and interface — remains the property of its owner. Nothing here transfers it to you.
You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process your content so the service can work for you.
PenTwin is provided "as is". Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for your purpose. Availability is not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, reputational harm, or loss arising from content you chose to publish.
Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
You can delete individual articles and sources at any time. Ask us and we will delete your account and the content stored against it, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be surfaced in the app, and continued use after that point means you accept the updated version.
